I joined the NDIOS team in May 2013!
What do you do for fun?
I have two German Shepherds, Gemma & Clover, that I enjoy walking through our trails, and a flock of 25 chickens that is very entertaining to watch!
Favorite vacation spot?
Beach (gotta be the ocean, though) and Boardwalk (best people-watching).
What is the best thing about what you do at NDIOS?
I thrive on delivering the best possible customer service. I want each patient to feel important and heard - because they are! I love getting to know a little about each patient while helping them understand the dental claims process, or scheduling an appointment for them.

What do you do for fun?
I love boating, taking spontaneous trips, and spending quality time with family and friends (all while ensuring my dog gets to live his best life, too). GO BILLS!

Developing meaningful partnerships that help make sure every patient receives truly seamless, top-quality care.

What do you do for fun?
On my down time I enjoy spending time with my family and watching world history documentaries and reading books.
Favorite vacation spot?
My favorite vacation spot would have to be Boston and North Carolina.
What is the best thing about what you do at NDIOS?
I have the opportunity everyday to meet new people and to help them feel safe and calm.

How long have you been with NDIOS?
I joined the NDIOS team in March 2025!
What do you do for fun?
I love a good Buffalo Bills tailgate during football season! Outside of that, I love spending time with my two dogs and going out to listen to and enjoy local live music with family and friends.
Favorite vacation spot?
I don’t feel like I have a favorite spot. Anywhere I get to go with people I love is my favorite spot at that time. It’s really more about the experience for me, but a beach doesn’t hurt.
What is the best thing about what you do at NDIOS?
The best part of my role as Patient Advocate and Treatment Coordinator is connecting with our patients every day and helping them through a process that is often a life-changing experience.

What do you do for fun?
I enjoy traveling on the weekends. My favorite pastime is definitely getting lost in a good book, though.
Favorite vacation spot?
The Fairmont Chateau at Lake Louise is my favorite getaway year-round. They have activities for every season!
What is the best thing about what you do at NDIOS?
Being able to offer patients a welcoming and friendly environment starting the moment they walk through our doors!
