Meet The Staff

Mary Lisa Flanigan – Team Lead (“mama bear”)

1. How long have you been with NDIOS?
2023 marks 10 years I have been with Niagara Dental Implant & Oral Surgery

2. What do you do for fun?
I have two German Shepherds, Gemma & Clover, that I enjoy walking through our trails, and a flock of 25 chickens that is very entertaining to watch!

3. Favorite vacation spot?
Beach (gotta be the ocean, though) and Boardwalk (best people-watching)

4. What is the best thing about what you do at NDIOS?
I thrive on delivering the best possible customer service. I want each patient to feel important and heard - because they are! I love getting to know a little about each patient while helping them understand the dental claims process, or scheduling an appointment for them.

1. How long have you been with NDIOS?
I joined the NDIOS team in July 2020!

2. What do you do for fun?
My favorite thing is being on the water. I also love spending time with my dog (Bennett “The Boy”), family and friends, and taking road trips. Oh, and I love football season... GO BILLS!

3. Favorite vacation spot?
My favorite vacation spots(s) are in Honey Harbour, Canada, and anywhere in Florida.

4. What is the best thing about what you do at NDIOS?
I genuinely enjoy listening to our patients' needs and helping them better understand their treatment options and plans.

Ashley Scheduling Coordinator

1. How long have you been with NDIOS?
I started in July of 2021; the time flies when you're having fun!

2. What do you do for fun?
My family and I LOVE road trips, so we are always packing the car and seeing where the road goes; the journey usually ends either at a race track of some sort, a zoo/aquarium, or an arcade.

3. Favorite vacation spot?
My son shares a birthday with the Magic Kingdom, so we spent a lot of time at Walt Disney World.

4. What is the best thing about what you do at NDIOS?
Making connections with patients, and guiding them through the process of working with our office, no matter how big or small their case is.

CarrieScheduling Coordinator

1.How long have you been with NDIOS?
I joined the practice in February 2023. Prior to working here, I was a patient at NDIOS!

2.What do you do for fun?
On my down time I enjoy baking and cooking for my family and friends and going on hikes with my husband.

3.Favorite vacation spot?
I enjoy the Adirondacks, North Carolina, Virginia, and Tennessee.

4.What is the best thing you do at NDIOS?
One of my favorite things that I do at NDIOS is getting to know all of the patients and continuing to learn everything there is to learn about oral surgery!
